1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 89dbt ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 89dbt platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and bingo — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 89dbt platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89dbt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, 89dbt is not responsible for:

• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues that interrupt gameplay or financial transactions.
• Losses resulting from gameplay outcomes, including losses on cricket betting, slots, live casino, or crash games.
• Delays in processing withdrawals or deposits caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

89dbt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 11. Termination of Account

Upon termination, any pending bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are legitimately held (i.e., not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
